Though not limited to industrial, Chad has transacted hundreds of sales and leasing deals across Osborne Park, Balcatta, Bayswater, Bassendean, Malaga, Landsdale, Wangara and Neerabup, with a large client database of owner occupiers, tenants, developers and investors to match.

Chad was appointed as exclusive selling agent of the 300 lot Freeway Industrial Land Estate in Malaga, and has represented key national and international clients including Shell, KPMG, Korda Mentha, Brookfield Multiplex and NAB.
