Since joining Burgess Rawson in early 2023, Mark Foster has played a key role in over $300 million worth of property transactions. Now an Associate Executive, his rapid progression from Property Analyst reflects a strong analytical skill set, a commitment to outcomes, and a genuine drive to deliver value for clients.
Mark brings a well-rounded, client-first mindset shaped by a 10-month internship in property advisory and hands-on experience in hospitality. Known for his energetic approach, strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude, he contributes meaningfully to both internal collaboration and external relationships.
Currently completing a Bachelor of Property and Valuation (Honours) at RMIT, Mark is deepening his technical understanding of the property market while continuing to gain valuable on-the-ground experience. He also holds a Diploma of Building and Construction, adding practical insight to his work in commercial transactions.
Outside of work, Mark’s leadership as captain of representative cricket and soccer teams reflects the adaptability, accountability, and focus he brings to every professional challenge. His avid participation in high-level sport further reinforces the values of discipline, teamwork, and resilience that are deeply embedded within the Burgess Rawson team.
